The availability of the website using smart phone technology aims to reduce barriers and facilitate access to services for young people, particularly those who are most vulnerable.

What is a ‘young person’?

For the purpose of this website a young person is defined as an individual between the ages of 12 and 25. However this may vary slightly between different services. Please confirm with the services to ensure that you meet the age criteria.

Why was the Youth Point created?

The Youth Point was created as a means of providing both young people and the youth sector with relevant service information. Research shows that facilitating this pathway through the use of Information and Communication Technology can be an effective way of engaging with young people.
